The tasting of extra virgin olive oil is one of the most authentic experiences that Tuscany can offer you and represents the perfect opportunity to learn how to taste "liquid gold". At first you will be introduced to a detailed explanation of the world of extra virgin olive oil in our area, the techniques of olive harvesting, the types of trees available in Tuscany and the philosophy behind our production. The original Tuscan olive oil comes only from specific varieties of olives, which are hand-picked by us. As soon as the daily manual harvest is finished, the olives are pressed in a certified oil mill, where the oil extraction processes are carried out with wisdom and great passion under our continuous supervision.

The technical tasting of ten varieties reveals the extraordinary range of aromas and flavors (Chianti Classico DOP; Toscana IGP; 100% Italian, Extra Virgin Olive Oil Selection, plus six different aromatic oils) as well as showing you how to use them in the kitchen. This experience is an opportunity to learn how to taste the exquisite olive oil and understand what are the differences between massive industrial production and true traditional local production of high quality.
