The rooms are double and have a romantic Tuscan style, with iron beds, Tuscan furniture, ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors. It starts with the basic tasting to discover the characteristics of fresh and aged cheeses, the combination of cheese with wine and the organoleptic characteristics of these cheeses, up to the conservation of the product.
