This voucher includes a 1 night stay with breakfast in our hotel and a 4-course dinner with wine tasting. The Hotel Torciano Vecchio Asilo is a historic residence dating back to 1200, with a beautiful view of the hills and very close to the medieval town of San Gimignano, which you can reach in just 5 minutes by car. The Tenuta Torciano winery is 1 km from the hotel and can also be reached on foot.

Dinner in the Cellar with Florentine Steak and Wine and Oil Tasting

This experience is a must for lovers of Tuscan cuisine and wines interested in learning more about the territory and the history of this magnificent region. With this package you will be welcomed by our staff for a walking tour of the historic winery and vineyards of Tenuta Torciano. Inside one of the wonderful rooms with barrels you can enjoy a typical 4-course dinner. A unique culinary experience, during which you can taste the traditional Florentine steak paired with many wines from the Torciano winery. The steak is nice high as it should be, the embers on fire, the low grill, cooks 5/8 minutes on each side and 15 standing. Our steak is subjected to maturation from 20 to 30 days in order to give the meat the right consistency and increase its sensory perception. The dinner includes wines from San Gimignano, Montalcino, Montepulciano etc. You will start with the most common wines, accompanied by an appetizer of cured meats, cheeses and bruschetta; then we will move on to more structured wines, served with the first. The most prestigious wines will be served with Florentine steak which will in turn be accompanied by vegetables from our garden. You will learn to enjoy good wine and discover excellent tasting techniques.
