Lunch with personal Riseva wines tasting and Florentine steak

A unique culinary experience, family and friends are welcome to enjoy a traditional Florentine steak cooked as a textbook, paired with wines from the Torciano winery. The steak is about 6 centimeters high and is subjected to a maturation of at least 20 days in order to give the meat the right consistency. Our Fiorentina at the time of cooking is at room temperature and the embers are burning. Once on the fire, it is turned only once, cooking it for about 3/5 minutes on each side and finally it cooks "standing" on the bone side for another 5/7 minutes.

During lunch you will taste our best labels such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Brunello Montalcino, Chianti Classico. You will start with the finest wines common, as an accompaniment to our Tuscan appetizer with cold cuts, cheeses and bruschetta; then we will pass to the wines more prestigious, with the delicious lasagna al ragù of selected meat.
