Oil Description:

This precious condiment is made of tasteful olive oil and Basil from Italy.

Basil is the fragrant herb that has always been used in Italian cuisine. Italy is rich of the cultivation of this very fragrant herb, basil.

Basil flavored extra virgin olive oil is excellent for the preparation of sauces and pesto.

Add at end of dish preparation to garnish cold salads, “bruschetta”, and pizzas. Ideal to give fragrance to an excellent “caprese”. It adds fragrance and a more intense and robust flavor to your dishes.

To best appreciate the quality of this oil, it is recommended to be used raw.

Store in a cool (14°/18°), dry place, away from light and sources of heat. After opening, it is advisable to close the cap properly after each use, to preserve its integrity.
