Tenuta Torciano | Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Montalcino in the province of Siena, famous for its history and natural and artistic beauty.This wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso grapes, called "Brunello", cultivated in hilly areas with good exposure at an altitude of 400m a.s.l. on ground which dates back to the Ecocenico Era. Over the years it has gradually acquired greater fragrance, a more velvety flavour, greater harmony and a delicately intense bouquet.
Its color is a deep ruby red, tending to garnet with age. It has a strong personality with a dry, full, smooth, well balanced flavour. Excellent with pasta dishes garnished with sauces made from wild boar andm eat, with tasty noble game roasts and poultry as the Fiorentina Steak.
Also exceptionally good with mature and spicy cheeses. The vintage was presented with a hot summer but throughout the year temperatures were maintained regular, with important rains in the month of May and June. Castiglion del Bosco | Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Brunello di Montalcino 2015 is a fine wine produced by the historic Tuscan company Castiglion del Bosco. In just a few years, this bottle has managed to receive international recognition thanks to the elegance of its aromas and the excellence of its sip, elements that know how to win over even the most demanding palates. The grapes come from the single vineyard Capanna, located north-west of Montalcino, the characteristics of this terroir give great elegance and personality to the wine. The wine is fermented for 18 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 °C, and then aged for 24 months in French oak. Brunello di Castiglion del Bosco has an intense garnet colour with a complex and refined nose of cherry, blackberry, currant, vanilla, cinnamon, mint, leather and spices. The taste is intense and well-structured, powerful and at the same time balanced. It closes with a long finish.
