This wine was born in the territory of the Tuscan Maremma, in the vineyards and in the cellar of Scansano. Rich ruby red, with lively purple highlights. The bouquet is full of character and pleasantness and depth with fruity, floral and spicy notes mixed with hints of underwood. The pleasantness on the palate is completed by persistence and balance: the tannins are well defined but elegant, subtle and balanced, together with the freshness, by a fruity roundness.

This wine comes from a careful selection of 100% Tuscan Merlot grapes and is the result of a careful viticultural and enological project, which tends to enhance the vineyards and local winemaking traditions. Our Merlot is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with rich hints of red fruits, enriched with pleasant spicy notes and balsamic aromas of myrtle and eucalyptus. The taste is warm and full-bodied, with silky tannins. The wine has a long and harmonious persistence in the aftertaste.
