Brunello di Montalcino DOCG: Over the years it has gradually acquired greater fragrance, a more velvety flavour, greater harmony and a delicately intense bouquet. Its color is a deep ruby red, tending to garnet with age. It has a strong personality with a dry, full, smooth, well balanced flavour. Excellent with pasta dishes garnished with sauces made from wild boar and meat, with tasty noble game roasts and poultry as the Fiorentina Steak. Also exceptionally good with mature and spicy cheeses.
Chianti Classico "Doge" DOCG: schist soils at an altitude of 400m a.s.l. With a deep, bright, clear ruby red tending to garnet with age. Its bouquet is intense with a slight aroma of violet. The flavor is harmonious, dry, tasty and slightly tannic, refining to smooth and velvety with time. Aged 1 year in barrels and 1 year sleepes in bottle.
Vernaccia di San Gimignano "Monogram" DOCG: The quality is good, the quantity excellent, with a 25% increase in production compared to 2018 thanks to a favorable climatic trend. The prime quality of this wine demand fish dishes, prized shellfish, steamed, baked or grilled fish, tasty seafood hors d'oevres, fish soup and shellfish risotto. Also excellent with crépes, soufflèes and white meat. Straw yellow color tending to golden with age. Fine, penetrating, fresh, fruity bouquet and a delicate, fruity flavour with a characteristic bitterish aftertaste.

A whole collection of the “grandma’s dishes” of an Italian family, that include 80 simple, authentic recipes from tradition from breakfast to dinner, easy and tasty dishes for every occasion.. The story is narrated by teen chef Vittoria, a 16 years old girl, who found the old grandma’s cookbook in the ancient Medieval tower of San Gimignano, and decided to rediscover her family’s culinary tradition.
Vittoria is a young and curious girl that explores the original Italian recipes from her fresh point of view, paying attention to genuine ingredients, true flavors, peasant traditions… It will be a whole recipes collection for every taste, from Italian classics, like hand-made pasta and ragù, to typical Tuscan recipes, such as ribollita soup, Fiorentina steak and cantuccini biscuits.
