A unique dining experience! Family and friends are welcome to enjoy a traditional Fiorentina steak paired with several of the farm’s personal, old, vintage-reserve wines. Some of these wines include San Gimignano, Montalcino, Montepulciano and more. Beginning with the most common wines, paired with the appetizer of salami, cheeses, bruschetta, and fresh salads.

Following the appetizer, the more prestigious wines will be tasted alongside our lasagna with meat sauce and truffle oil or our Tuscan Ribollita soup. Finally, the Fiorentina steak will be served. This lunch experience will teach guests how to enjoy various wines and discover excellent wine-tasting techniques. The staff will be there ready to assist you every step of the way!

  • Wine & Olive Oil Tasting with full course meal

The Tasting will include the following menu:

  • Appetizers: Tuscan cheeses and salami, bruschetta
  • First Course: Truffle lasagna or Tuscan ribollita soup
  • Second Course: Bistecca alla Fiorentina (Fiorentina Steak) with potatoes and vegetables
  • Desserts: Cantuccini biscuits with Dessert Wine
