  • Making of three different kinds of homemade pasta (taglietelle, pici, ravioli) Where the chef will explain you the most technical aspects to prepare the pasta, so that you will be able to make your own pasta, directly in your kitchen.
  • Transfer back to pick up point in Livorno

The Lunch will include the following menu:

  • Appetizers: Tuscan cheeses and salami, bruschetta
  • Main Course: The three types of pasta you cooked during the course but cooked by our chefs (taglietelle, pici, ravioli)
