Procedure:
In a medium bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a mixer bowl, beat together butter and sugar for 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy. Add the 2 eggs and vanilla extract.
On low speed, add the flour and the wine. Preheat oven and grease a pan with butter.
Bake for 45 minutes. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack, then turn it out and let it cool completely.
Dust the cake with powdered sugar.
