Procedure:
To prepare a steak with a side of mashed potatoes and green beans, choose the cut of meat you prefer. You can choose beef or veal, or Florentine steak. Started to prepare the beans and potatoes, the steak haves to stay a few minutes on the stove and will be immediately ready to serve and eat hot.
Clean and wash the green beans, in boiling water boil the beans. Once cooked, pour in a pan two tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, put a home, and you blast the beans.
