Method:
To make Nutella crepes, start with the preparation of the dough. Take a large bowl with high sides and pour the eggs. Beat the eggs with a fork and add the milk. Mix the ingredients well with a fork. Also pour the flour into the mixing bowl until you obtain a homogeneous and fluid mixture.
Then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and transfer the mixture to rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
After the time, take a crepe maker (or alternatively a non-stick pan with a diameter between 18 and 22 cm), put it on the fire and spread a knob of butter on it. When it is hot, pour a ladle of dough necessary to cover almost the entire surface of the pan: you can help yourself with the appropriate crepe batter stretcher or tilt and rotate the pan slightly. This should be done fairly quickly, as the batter will tend to cook quickly.
Cook for 1 minute on medium-low heat on one side. As soon as it is slightly golden and with a spatula you will be able to lift the edges of the crepe, turn it to the other side. Cook the other side for about 1 minute, waiting for it to take on color. When it is ready, put it on a cutting board.
Take a spoonful of Nutella and spread it on the surface of the crepe, match the edge of the crepe with the other. Fold the Nutella crepe still in half so as to obtain a fan and repeat the operation for the remaining cracks. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve your still warm Nutella crepe!
