Furthermore, the culinary experience will be elevated by our wine tasting, led by expert wine consultants. Christmas lunch will take place in the beautiful tasting rooms of the estate, where you will be enveloped by a warm, welcoming atmosphere steeped in tradition.

• Appetizers:
  Cured beef tongue with green sauce
  Chianina tartare with crispy artichoke salad
  Pecorino and black truffle flan
  Grandma’s savory tart with Cinta Senese pancetta

• First Course:
  Cappelletti stuffed with ricotta and greens in rich capon broth
  Saffron maccheroncini with black cabbage cream and pigeon ragù

• Second Course:
  Braised veal cheek with celery root purée
  Guinea fowl stuffed with porcini mushrooms, served with a potato tart

• Dessert: 
  Dark chocolate fondant with hazelnuts, raspberry sauce, and vanilla ice cream
