Furthermore, the culinary experience will be elevated by our wine tasting, led by expert wine consultants. Savor the richness and complexity of our premium wines, impeccably paired with the New Year's Eve menu. The dinner will take place in the beautiful tasting rooms of the estate, where you will be enveloped by a warm, welcoming atmosphere, setting the stage for a night of celebration steeped in tradition.

  Suckling pig porchetta with rosemary sauce

  Stuffed squid on pea cream

• First Course:
  Quail risotto with Chianti Classico Riserva reductionPaccheri pasta with lobster sauce and yellow cherry tomatoes

• Second Course:
  Oven-roasted lamb rack with Jewish-style artichoke
  Gratinated cod with puttanesca sauce

• Dessert: 
  Tartlet with custard and caramelized fruit
